- If someone wants to play soccer at an elite level, they must have core strength, speed, agility and stamina in order to play for 90 min. as close to peak level ass possible
- Power training is an example. It helps improve the quick movement of your leg and is meant to help from your hip to your ankle and strenghtening the lower body. Exercises include jumps and squats which use body weight as resistance
- Another example is a 12 minute run, meant to improve endurance. Run continously around a track for 12 minutes and the number of laps is your score.
