Juventus, also known as Vecchia
Signora, succeeds in winning another league title in Italy’s Serie A league.
Juventus now have 31 league titles and their second in a row. With a very
defensive 3-5-2 formation, they have managed to win 27 games, 6 draws and lose
5 times. This added up to a total of 87 points with second place only reaching
a 78 point mark. Although Juventus had not been beaten last season in the
league, they did manage to obtain more points than last season. Last season
their record was 23 wins, 15 ties and no losses. That’s 15 games of Juventus
fans wondering what could have been if there was a different result. Their
total points were 84, so it wasn’t such a bad season. We will see if Juventus
can manage to defend their league title and go for their 32nd one.
It is going to be an evenly matched league next season with teams such as
Napoli, Milan and Inter de Milan getting busy in the transfer market.
